I’m not particularly excited about the Ulysses
S. Grant dollar coins. They don’t really have a great resale value
either. But if you come across one of these coins in mint
condition, then you can actually make a pretty penny out of it. So
it’s worth giving them a second glance.
I’m Ulysses S. Grant, the 18th president of the
United States of America. During my time in office from 1869-1877,
I was honored to have my term embodied on the coin. It was a great
privilege to represent my country and lead with integrity. It’s an
experience I’ll remember forever.

I recently obtained a 2011 Ulysses S. Grant
dollar coin from the US mint. It was minted in three versions: the
2011 P coin, the 2011 D coin, and the 2011 S proof coin. All of
them have the mint mark on the edge of the coin. It’s quite a cool
piece of history that I’m proud to have in my collection.
I’m a collector of coins and I particularly
enjoy proof coins. These coins have extra details and are made with
special planchets. The process of making them is a bit longer than
for regular coins, but the result is worth it – they look amazing!
I don’t find them in my spare change, though – these coins are made
for collectors like me. It’s always exciting when I find a new
proof coin to add to my collection.

I’m only worth a buck when it comes to my 2011
Ulysses S. Grant dollar coins in a circulated condition. But if I’m
looking to make a bit of money off of them, I’d have to find
someone who’s interested in buying them in uncirculated condition –
that’s where the real value lies.
I’m worth around $10.50 in uncirculated
condition with an MS 65 grade. That’s the same value of the 2011 P
Ulysses S. Grant dollar coin and 2011 D Ulysses S. Grant dollar
coin. Yes, I’m worth that much! Collectors are always on the
lookout for coins with high value and these two coins are no
different. So if you have one of these coins, you’ll definitely
want to hang onto it!
I recently purchased a 2011 Ulysses S. Grant
dollar coin in PR 65 condition. It cost me around $8.50 and I’m
beyond pleased with my purchase. The coin is part of the S proof
series and is a great addition to my collection. It’s really
special to have something honoring Ulysses S. Grant and I’m sure
its value will continue to rise.

I’m absolutely in awe of this MS 65 gem
uncirculated coin. The luster and eye appeal is seriously
impressive! Although there are a few light contact marks, they’re
hardly visible. This coin is definitely something special.

I’m pleased to report that this coin is PR 65
proof. It’s flawless; it looks as though it just came off the
minting line. There might be a few minor blemishes, but nothing
that would affect the quality. All in all, it’s an amazing
specimen. I’m sure any collector would be proud to add it to their
collection.
