At first, I had a hard
time with a salesman, so I spoke up about my concerns and it seemed
like the problem was fixed. But now I have an invoice for three
items and I’ve only received two of them. I called to check in and
was told someone would call me back, but hours later and I’m still
waiting for a response. I’d say I’m pretty unhappy with this
experience. I’ve ordered from other companies dozens of times and
this has never happened before.

I recently acquired an extra coin and, after
looking into it, I’m glad I didn’t purchase the “special”
introductory offer. They were offering a 1/4 oz MS70 eagle for
$2,000, which is more expensive than the going rate of around
$1,000. This coin is “signed” by a mint sculptor, but the only
place you can actually get more for the autographed coin is back to
the original vendor. When I first began buying bullion coins, I
bought similar investment grade coins from U.S. Gold Bureau with no
issues and great customer service. Unfortunately, when it comes to
selling the signed, graded coins, nobody really cares that it’s
autographed.

As a newcomer to this field, it’s important to
bear in mind that you won’t be able to get a higher price for a
signed coin. Everywhere I looked, the offers were all the same
whether it was a PF or MS coin. To me, it seemed like a gimmick.
Perhaps I just wasn’t looking in the right places.

I’ve been dealing with
Apmex for years and they’ve always been upfront about what the
prices are. Unlike you, they don’t leave me in the dark. That makes
me think that you’re no better than a scammer from India. Apmex is
the real deal – they post their prices and offer transparency. You
should take a page from their book!

I was delighted to

I was really dubious at
first about the idea of getting a Gold Eagle at or lower than spot
price, plus a free Silver Eagle. When I called Patrick, though, he
convinced me that it was on the level. I put it on my credit card
as a precaution, in case something went wrong and I needed to
dispute the transaction. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary! The
communication was top-notch, and the coins were in great shape when
they arrived about a week after I put in the order. I’m very
