I’m James Monroe, the fifth president of the
United States of America. My term lasted from 1817 to 1825, a
period that is now commemorated on a coin. It was a great honor to
serve my country during a time of tremendous growth and progress. I
was proud to help shape the future of the United States during my
presidency. I’m proud of the accomplishments that took place during
my time in office and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to be

I recently received the 2008 P, D, and S James
Monroe dollar coins from the US Mint. These coins feature distinct
mint marks on the edge, so it’s easy to tell them apart. The P coin
is the Philadelphia mint issue, the D coin is the Denver mint
issue, and the S coin is the San Francisco mint issue. Each coin is
unique and a great addition to any collection.

I’m a big collector of coins and I’ve always
been fascinated by proof coins. They’re so detailed and really
stand out from the rest of my collection. It takes a bit longer to

I’m only getting face value for my 2008 James
Monroe dollar coins in circulated condition. They’re only worth
$1.00 each. It’s only in uncirculated condition that these coins
are worth more than face value.

I’m looking to add some coins to my collection,
so I’m researching the value of the 2008 P James Monroe dollar coin
and 2008 D James Monroe dollar coin. Apparently, they’re each worth
around $5 in uncirculated condition with an MS 65 grade – not too
bad! I’m excited to add these coins to my collection and I’m sure
their value will only increase over time.

I recently purchased a 2008 S proof James Monroe
dollar coin and it was worth around $4.50 in PR 65 condition. I’m a
big collector of coins and love to add unique pieces to my
collection. This coin was a great find and I’m glad I was able to
get it for a reasonable price. I’m sure with time, the value of
this coin will only increase.

Grading System

I’m in awe of this MS 65 gem uncirculated! Its
luster is strong and its eye appeal is undeniable. I can spot a few
faint contact marks, but they are barely noticeable. It’s truly a
remarkable sight to behold!

I am absolutely thrilled with this PR 65 proof
coin, it is flawless! I can hardly tell that there are even a few
blemishes present. This is a magnificent coin and I am so pleased
to have it in my collection. I can feel the craftsmanship and
