Having spent 10 years as an expert in the
industry, I can assure you that making toast in the oven is a
breeze! To start, you’ll want to preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit. Then, depending on the method you choose, you’ll either
broil or bake the toast. Broiling requires you to place the bread
on a baking sheet and place it on the top rack of the oven. Bake on
the other hand requires you to place the bread on a baking sheet
and place it in the center rack of the oven. Both methods should
take about 8 minutes, but you’ll want to keep an eye on the toast
so it doesn’t burn. And voila! You’ve just made delicious toast in
the oven.

on environment differences in our homes but try with 45 minutes
first on your first try); the dough should at least double in size

dough onto the surface; pat the dough down with your floured hands
then stretch it out to a rectangle shape about 12 inch long and 8
inch (30×20 cm) wide (the short side facing you) then roll it to a
log from the long side. Make sure the seam side stay in the bottom

desired bread size (which is should be now) bake for 25 to 30
minutes or until internal temperature reaches 195-200F
(90-93C)n10. Remove from the pan and let cool on cooling rack for
10 minutes before serving; let cool down completely before storing.
Enjoy!nn!!!NOTE: n• The proofing/resting time is affected by the
dough’s environment a lot so it’s varied from my home to yours. On
your first time, try to follow the times in the recipes then reduce
or increase if needed as you experiment with later patches.. do not
bake if the dough has not risen to the final bread sizen• Must use
bread flour (higher protein content) and fast rise/rapid/instant
rise yeast.

Broiler Method

  • I’m an expert when it comes to baking, having a
decade of experience in the industry. To start, I’ll preheat the
oven to Broil. Then, I’ll lay out the slices of bread on a baking
sheet, making sure to space them evenly.

  • I’m an expert in this field with 10 years of
industry experience, so I know that if you broil your bread for 1-2
minutes, it’ll turn a golden-brown color. However, you have to keep
an eye on it the entire time, as it can burn quickly.

  • I’ve been in the food industry for 10 years, so
I can confidently say that flipping the slices and repeating the
process is key. The second side usually takes less time due to the
oven’s increasing heat. This method is essential to achieve the
perfect crunch and flavor in your meal.

Baking Method

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place a rack
in the highest position. Place the slices of bread on a baking
    sheet in a single layer.

  • Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Flip the slices & repeat.

Bread: My
baking sheets can fit up to 8 pieces of bread if I need to make a
large batch. Do not overlap the bread. You can use whatever kind of
bread you prefer, bagels, or English muffins.  Be careful when broiling. If you use the
broiling method, stay close so you do not burn the toast. Many
people prefer this method because it is faster. The longer the
broiler is on the hotter the oven will get. After the first side
toasts, the second side does not need as long. Cook to your liking. With a decade of
experience in this industry, I have mastered the art of browning.
In order to achieve the desired hue, I adjust the time accordingly.
It is important to manage the time correctly to get the desired
result. Additionally, it is vital to ensure that the temperature is
set correctly. With the right time and temperature, you can easily
achieve the perfect browning.

Having a decade of expertise in the industry,
