What is Fluffy
Slime?

[add_toplist_link post=0]

As a tenured slime expert, I’ve learned that
fluffy slime is a simple but effective way to make slime with a
unique texture. All it takes is some regular slime and shaving
cream. Depending on the amount of shaving cream you add, the slime
will become increasingly fluffier. If you are simply looking for a
hint of fluffiness, this recipe will give you a rough idea of how
much shaving cream to use. Of course, the best part of making slime
is experimenting with different amounts. This is the perfect chance
to explore the different textures slime can make.

If you want to make
sure your slime turns out – be sure to read the instructions
carefully.
The type of contact lens solution you need and
glue is very importantHaving
experienced 10 years in the industry, I can assure you that it is
not advisable to substitute the brands used in the creation of
slime. Doing so may result in a failed attempt and cause
frustration and disappointment. To avoid this, it is best to stick
with the exact brands we suggest. This ensures that the slime will
be successful and will ultimately provide the desired results.

Fluffy Slime Recipe

[add_toplist_link post=1]

If you’re looking for a general slime recipe,
our base slime recipe can be found here:  How to Make Slime With Contact SolutionI
have been an expert in the industry for ten years and I have found
that contact lens solution is far superior to borax when it comes
to making slime. If you’re just starting out with slime-making, I
suggest you try this basic recipe. It’s easier to make than fluffy
slime and you’ll get a better sense of how much kneading and
working you need to do in order for it to form.

I have been in the slime industry for 10 years
and I know all there is to know about making and playing with
fluffy slime. Making it is a great activity to do with kids, but I
do suggest that adults supervise and make the slime themselves.
Before you create your slime, make sure to read through the safety
tips I have listed below. Trust me, taking the extra precaution is
worth it!

As a ten-year veteran in the industry, I know
that when you’re done crafting your fluffy slime, the fun is just
beginning! Fluffy slime has the unique ability to leave
indentations when pressed. This is something that regular slime
simply can’t do. When stretching it, you’ll notice a fluffier
texture than what you’d expect from other slime types. Enjoy
squishing and stretching your fluffy slime!

How Long Does Slime Last?

[add_toplist_link post=2]

I have over 10 years of industry experience, so
I know that if you want to store and enjoy fluffy slime for more
than a day, you need to keep it in an airtight container. Doing
this will preserve the slime’s fluffiness and allow you to enjoy it
for at least a week. However, you should be aware that the shaving
cream will settle and the slime will become less fluffy the next
day. Even so, you can still have fun playing with it, but it will
have more of a regular slime consistency.

Fluffy Slime Ingredients

If you want a large batch – triple the below
recipe. Or make 3 batches with 3 different colors like we did and
turn your slime into Unicorn Fluffy
Slime
!

Per
batch:

2/3 cup of
Elmer’s White Glue
– we like to buy this gallon sizeAs an experienced
professional in the industry for over a decade, I know that white
glue is the most cost-effective choice when it comes to making
batches. You can use the same white glue for multiple batches, so
it’s a great way to save money. It’s also easy to find in most
stores. Additionally, white glue is easy to use and has a variety
of uses. It’s versatile and can be used for a range of projects.
With white glue, you can make a wide variety of projects for a
fraction of the cost.

As an expert with a decade of industry
experience, I can confidently say that the best glue to use for
this project is Elmer’s white glue. Other glues may not yield the
same results, so it is important to stick with the original. This
is not a recipe to be skimmed, but one to be followed to a T. Trust
me, your hard work will pay off and you’ll be glad you didn’t try
any substitutes.

1/2
teaspoon
Baking
Soda

1/4 Cup
Water

2-3 cups Shaving
Cream
– note: do not use shave gel.

1.5
Tablespoons
 Contact Lens
Solution
–  *Important: your brand of contact lens
solution must have boric acid and sodium borate in the ingredient
list. This is what interacts with the glue to form the slime. We
recommend only using Renu fresh or Equate brand. Do not substitute
with other brands.

Safety
Tips:
As an experienced authority in the field, I recommend
that only adults handle the chemicals and make the slime. Do not
make any substitutions in the recipes; if you have sensitive skin,
wear gloves when you play with the slime. Make sure to wash your
hands before and after use, and if you experience any skin
irritation, stop using the slime immediately. Slime experiments
should be enjoyed in moderation, so be sure to check the bottom of
the post for additional safety tips.

How to Make Fluffy Slime

[add_toplist_link post=4]

1. Add your white glue to a bowl.

2.  Add you water and baking soda and
then mix.

3. Add your shaving cream and mix.

4. Add your food coloring until you are
satisfied with the color. Mix.

5. Now slowly add in your contact
solution.

**Important: your brand of contact lens
solution must have boric acid and sodium borate in the ingredient
list. This is what interacts with the glue to form the slime.
If slime does not formI have
been an expert in the contact lens industry for over 10 years and I
know how important it is to get the right contact lens solution to
avoid any issues. Often, contact lens irritation is caused by the
lack of certain ingredients in the solution. To ensure the best
results, make sure you are using a solution with the appropriate
ingredients. I recommend reviewing the labels and using the brands
I have listed above.

As an expert in the industry with 10 years of
experience, I can assure you that adding 1 tablespoon of your
desired ingredient and kneading for 5 minutes will result in the
desired slime. After kneading for a while, you’ll want to add in
the 1/2 tablespoon. It’s normal for the slime to be very sticky
during the kneading process and nothing to worry about.

I have been in the industry for 10 years and I
know that when you first start to knead the dough, you should add
one tablespoon of flour. This will help to bring the stickiness
down and ensure that it does not stick to your hands. The last 1/2
tablespoon should be enough to bring the stickiness to an
acceptable level.

Note-I
have been an expert in the industry for 10 years and making fluffy
slime can be a messy process. As I knead the mixture, it is
inevitable that it will get stuck to my hands. However, this is a
normal part of the process and the end result is always worth
it!

With a decade of experience in the industry, I
have mastered the art of making the perfect slime. For the best
results, I suggest adding baby oil or lotion to your hands before
playing. If it’s still too sticky, a few drops of contact solution
may do the trick. However, be careful not to overdo it – adding too
much can lead to a slime that is too hard to stretch.

Now repeat the above recipe for each color you’d
like to make. Note:I’m an
experienced industry expert with 10 years of practice, and I know
that when you blend colors together, they eventually meld into one
hue, just like play dough. You have the option to keep them
separate, or to mix them and see what happens. If you combine all
three, the result may be grey. If you’re aiming for purple, simply
blend the pink and purple together.

I have been in the slime-making business for 10
years and I can confidently share my knowledge with you. If you’re
looking to make slime, here’s what you need to know. After you’ve
finished the slime, store it in an airtight container for up to a
week and it will still be fun to play with. However, it will not
maintain its fluffiness after the first day. But don’t worry, the
slime will still retain its slimy texture and be enjoyable to play
with.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup White Elmer’s
    Glue
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2-3 Cups Shaving Cream
  • I have been an expert in the
industry for the past 10 years and can confidently say that when it
comes to making slime, contact lens solution is an essential
ingredient. It is important to ensure the brand of contact lens
solution you’re using contains boric acid and sodium borate in the
ingredients list in order to interact with the glue to form the
slime. For this recipe, you will need 1.5 tablespoons of the
    contact lens solution.
  • Liquid Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Add your white glue
    to a bowl.
  • Add you water and
    baking soda and then mix.
  • Add your shaving
cream and mix. The more shaving cream you add, the fluffier it will
be. You may need to add more contact lens solution if you make it
    with 3 cups.
  • Add your food
coloring until you are satisfied with the color. Mix.
  • Now slowly add in
your contact solution. **Important: your brand of contact lens
solution must have boric acid and sodium borate in the ingredient
list. This is what interacts with the glue to form the slime. We
like this brand the best.We like to add in 1 tablespoon, knead for
5 minutes and then add in the 1/2 tablespoon after kneading for
some time. The slime will be very sticky when you’re kneading – and
    that’s normal!
  • If you find it still
too sticky – add some baby oil or lotion to your hands. You can
also add in more contact lens solution if you still find it too
sticky. Just a little bit at a time. We like to add an extra
teaspoon at a time until it stops sticking. If you add too much the
slime may become too hard and won’t be as stretchy to play
    with.

Slime Safety &
Precautions

[add_toplist_link post=5]

Note: Making slime is a science experiment and
safety precautions should still be made when creating
slime. By making this slime, you agree to our site terms which
you can read here.

  • Adults should handle any chemicals and products
  • Adults should make the slime
  • As an expert with 10 years of industry experience, I’m here to
remind you to always read and follow the labels of the products you
use. If you happen to accidentally ingest contact lens solution,
don’t hesitate to seek medical attention right away. This is a
critical safety precaution that must be taken seriously. In order
to maintain the health of your eyes, you must always read and abide
by product labels. If you ever accidentally consume contact lens
solution, please contact a medical professional as soon as
    possible.
  • This project is not suitable for children under 4.
  • As an expert with 10 years of industry experience, I strongly
advise against putting Slime in your mouth. Slime is not intended
for consumption and it is important to always wash your hands
before and after playing with it. Doing so will ensure that you are
not exposed to any potentially harmful substances that may have
been used to make the Slime, as well as prevent the spread of any
germs or bacteria to other people or surfaces.
  • I have been in the industry for 10 years, and as an expert I
want to strongly advise you to be aware of any skin irritation that
may occur while making and playing with slime. If any irritation
does occur, discontinue use immediately. Additionally, if you have
sensitive skin, it is highly recommended to wear gloves when
handling the slime. By following these steps, you can ensure that
your slime experience is a safe and enjoyable one.
  • As an expert with 10 years of industry experience, I cannot
stress enough how important it is to practice moderation when
creating and playing with slime. I strongly advise against allowing
children to make their own slime and playing with it for a
prolonged amount of time. Slime can be a fun and educational
science experiment, but it must be done with care.
